From Frame to Card
There's a really cute frame in the Spring Mini (page 11) that I changed into a card. It uses the Heart a Flutter bundle - so cute! Their frame was backed with chalkboard so I used the chalkboard technique to make this card. I embossed the sentiment white white embossing powder and used a sponge dauber to apply white craft ink around the edges and on the image. Then I took a paper towel and rubbed most of it away. It leaves a "chalky" look behind. I drew the line around the edge with a white gel pen. A white pencil or crayon would also work for this technique.
