Casing the Catalog 5
I have a feeling that this is going to be one of my "go to" sets - Make a Cake (page 45, 126340/126342). My pennants look a bit larger than those in the catalog. The idea is to punch them out and then trim them down (I'm just guessing here!)

Then you can add a tag -
