Big Shot Tulipe
I love the Tulipe die - which is an exclusive die and from Shelli's Signature Collection! After I cut one out from the Basic Black card stock - I found I like the negative space as well! Here I wheeled the Swirly jumbo wheel over the card stock in Encore Silver ink and mounted it on a piece of Whisper White. Then I matted on Brushed Silver and put it on a Basic Black card.
Then I added some half pearls from the Pretties kit to the ticket corner punched corners and a made a pin with the hat pin and beads. (attached with mini glue dots)
Now what to put on the inside of the card? Maybe something like "isn't this cool?" Ha! Enjoy! Hugs, Fran

Wow...that is gorgeous, Fran!! I didn't have that particular die on my list..but I am thinking you may have just changed my mind!!

I just love the hat pin on this card. I never know what to do with these so I still have ALL of them. This is such an overall elegant card.
