This card uses the For Father stamp set from the Occasions Mini.  The image is stamped in Stazon on water color paper and water colored with the ink pads and aquapainter.  Then I went back with a few markers and hit on some of the highlights.  The background is wheeled with the Rough Texture wheel and the card is finished with the chocolate taffeta ribbon.  Enjoy!  Hugs, Fran
