Crystal Effects can add such a beautiful shimmer to card - or hold elements tight to the design - and I used both ways for this card.  (It's also awesome with glitter - but that's for another card!)


This card uses a set from the soon to be here Spring Occasions catalog called In the Stars and the current catalog set So Much.  I stamped the stars on Whisper White and punched them out with the large star punch.  The stamp is a little bit bigger than the punch - which means you don't have to do a lot of lining up the punch!  The large circle in the background is stamped in Soft Sky and the dotted circle was stamped in White Craft ink and then gone over with the crystal Effects.  Those little clear thingies (yes, it's a technical term) are just something I found at Michaels in the floral section.  Originally meant to hold flowers in a vase, they have a flat back to them and I stuck them on to this card with Crystal Effects!
