Sympathy
I needed to make a sympathy card for my childhood Sunday school teacher who just lost her husband. This wonderful woman gives the best hugs in all the world! I just wish I could return the favor right now. 1.JPG)
I used the level one hostess set From the Garden and a piece of Berry Bliss DSP. The card base is the wonderful Shimmery White card stock. I copied the layout on page 21 of the catalog - changing just a few things - I used the slider from the Hodgepodge Hardware Kit and the Purely Pomegranate Double Stitched ribbon and glitter. You can see the glitter in the center - but there is glitter on the image too. The sentiment is from the retired set Brighter Tomorrow and is embossed. I stamped it with Chocolate Chip Craft and embossed it in clear. Enjoy! Hugs, Fran

Didn't get that set yet. It's a great card for sympathy. Quick and easy. Love it.

This is a very pretty card. I love how that new glitter matches that paper perfectly. I'm sure she will appreciate your paper 'hug'.

Fran, although I am sorry you have reason to make a sympathy card, this card is extremely elegant! WOW! I think I may have to CASE this!
