Elf Shoes
I didn't design it but I sure had fun making it! The pattern can be found on Splitcoast. I made this one with Green Galore card stock and stamped it with the dotted circle from So Much. The fringe is hand cut and the band is decorated with some left over Christmas garland. I did notice that a few candy canes are missing in my picture! Wonder which little elf did that?! Enjoy!
