A Serious Case of Chocolate Chip
Looks like I got out the Chocolate Chip card stock and couldn't put it away - which is about right! The first card uses the True Friend stamp set which is found in the Holiday Mini catalog along with the Apple Cider Designer Series paper. The scallop was stamped with Really Rust Craft ink and embossed with clear embossing powder. The sentiment was stamped in Chocolate Chip Craft ink and also embossed. The layer behind that is River Rock card stock stamped with River Rock ink. The eyelets are Really Rust and the ribbon in the beautiful Chocolate taffeta ribbon. This is a card for my October stamp clubs.
This layout is for my September Scrap Clubs. (And since I just shared a picture of one of my girls, it's only fair that I share pics of my son!) The background is Brocade Blue wheeled with the Whimsy jumbo wheel. The Chocolate Chip card stock is wheeled in both directions with the Rough Texture jumbo wheel. The 3 middle pieces of card stock (Close to Cocoa and Chocolate Chip) were run through my crimper in both directions. (Can you tell we'll be working on adding texture?) The Monogram S was inked with the Linen background stamp and then Chocolate Chip ink is sponged onto the edges. The alphabet is the Defining Alphabet. Lots of Hodgepodge and Photo corners used on this page. (And the small pic in the bottom right hand corner is my son in kindergarten!) Enjoy! Hugs, Fran
