There was an article in our demonstrator magizine Stampin' Success recently on making colored Dazzling Diamonds!  I made some Lovely Lilac DD to give this lovely lady's boa some sparkle.  And it's easy!

Take a small container - the ones that our buttons come in are perfect - and put 1 drop of reinker and 2 drops of water (or a couple of squirts from a spray bottle) and add about a 1/4 teaspoon of Dazzling Diamonds.  Use a skewer or something similar to mix it up.  It gets kind of fuzzy looking.  When it appears to have soaked up the reinker - add some more Dazzling Diamonds - until it is no longer "chunky" looking.  Then you can apply it with the 2-way glue pen.  I poured what I had left over into an empty Dazzling Diamonds container and wrote the color on the top of the lid (so I didn't just "grab and pour" thinking it was something else!)

So now this gal's all sparkely - and I put just a drop of Crystal Effects on her ring - she's got bling!

The stamp set is Going Out In Style (which is on the retired list..... sigh.) The card is Whisper White with a 4 x 5 1/4 piece of Basic Black.  The stamped piece is 3 3/4 x 5 of Whisper White.  Use Real Red eyelets in the corners and some Silver Cord - easy!  Basic Black Ink and a Real Red and Lovely Lilac Stampin' Write Marker.  Enjoy!
