Sweet on You

Since these pocket notes are so "Sweet" I thought I'd show you how to make a quick, adorable note for Valentines Day, someone special,s lunch box or to add to a gift.
I started with a Chocolate Chip Pocket notecard from the Winter Mini catalog and added a 1 x 3 inch strip of Pretty in Pink cardstock about an 1/8 of an inch from the bottom. Cut a strip of Loves Me Designer Series paper 3/4 x 3 and layer it over the Pretty in Pink. Line the inside of the card in Pretty in Pink.
Now let's make the "lollypop". Stamp "Sweet" from Sweet on You in Pretty in Pink and punch out with your 1 1/4" circle punch. Layer it onto a Regal Rose 1 3/8" punch circle.
The lollypop stick is just that (!) - found in the baking section of my grocery store. I had to cut it in half with a pair of wire snips to make it fit. I used a mini glue dot to hold the stick to the circles and then put a pop up glue dot over that. This holds the stick to the card. I finally decided to put a mini glue dot on the end of the stick to keep it from moving around.

I chose a sentiment from Small Sayings to stamp on the inside of my pocket card. Too cute and so easy!

Fran,
