I love the Love Note cards!  They're little 3 x 3 inch cards that can be used as tags or enclosure cards (envelope are available - but they are too small to mail.)  This cute card is made with the Very Punny Sellabration set (available as a special starting January 1).  To make the circle I used my Coluzzle and cut a circle in Basic Black from the next to the smallest ring.  Then, without moving the Coluzzle, I cut a 3 inch circle.  I then used my slit punch to punch the outer edge - just barely connecting - to create a scalloped ring.  The dots are made with my gel pen.

I stamped the cute little cow on a piece of Whisper White and used the Coluzzle to cut him out with the ring that is third from the center (just slightly larger than the center circle of the Basic Black piece.)  Stamp the card with a  stamp from Big Pieces (Winter Mini) and adhere the circles.  Very easy - very cute!
