Probablly should have talked about this first!  The Monogram Alphabet is a die cut stamp - You don't have to cut out the letters!  This gives you a great advantage when mounting your stamp - 2 stamps in one!  Without removing the letter from the block of rubber, peel the backing off of the outer part of the rubber (leave the backing on the actual letter - peel around it) and stick this to your wooden block.  Then remove your Monogram letter, peel the backing off the letter and stick it to the other side.  To see a visual of this go to the Art Gallery/Monogram Alphabet - and I've taken some pics of this process!
